Basestack approached us with a unique requirement: the production and delivery of 59 external contravision panels (143.94m² print and finish) to their facility in Łódź, Poland.
The project demanded precision to ensure the graphics not only met their brand standards but also complied with local regulations for outdoor installations. Additionally, the delivery logistics had to be carefully planned to ensure the materials arrived in perfect condition for installation, requiring us to manage international shipping on pallets.
Our Approach
To tackle the project, we started by collaborating closely with Basestack to fully understand their vision and requirements. Our team printed the contravision graphics in the UK, utilizing high-quality materials to ensure durability and vivid color reproduction suitable for external application.
Once production was completed, we carefully packaged the graphics to safeguard against potential damage during transit. Recognizing the importance of timely delivery, we coordinated with trusted freight partners to ship the pallets to Łódź, providing regular updates to Basestack throughout the process.
To facilitate a smooth installation process, we also included detailed instructions and were available to address any queries from the installation team on-site in Poland.
